Well, I’m on my way to contributing to Habari and have just submitted my first defect ticket (#332 - Monolith’s “Manage %s” doesn’t show draft pages or entries) and even supplied a patch containing a possible fix.

After my initial thought of checking out Habari, and the encouraging comment from Skippy, I decided to go ahead and investigate Habari for myself, so I downloaded Habari 0.4.1 and took it for a spin.

Well, after running with ALL options in the wp_options table set to no for autoload for about 3 days, I can say it doesn’t really make much difference. If anything, there may be a slight decrease in performance, but nothing broke that I could see, and there really wasn’t a significant difference in memory usage [...]
