HB-Cumulus 1.1
30Dec08
I’ve had to push out a minor update to HB-Cumulus as I’ve just discovered a little bug which causes the HB-Cumulus settings to be deleted when another plugin is deactivated.
You can get the latest revision from the HB-Cumulus project page.
As this is a new release, I’ve closed comments on the 1.0 post. If you encounter any problems, please ensure you update to rev 1.1 and if the problem still exists, leave a comment here.

just wanna say that when the transparent option is selected on ie6 (probably ie7 too) the foreground doesn’t ~grab the tags
just try it ull know what i mean
Thanks, I wasn’t aware of this. Sadly, there’s little I can do about it as it’s likely to be a combination of your Flash version and the actual Flash code which comes from Roy Tanck’sWP-Cumulus. It would be interesting to see if you get the same behaviour using his WP-Cumulus Wordpress plugin directly.
If you’re a Flash developer and know the likely cause and solution for this, please feel free to let me know.
What a wonderful plug in,
I am just wondering cause till now it doesn’t seem to work!
I have a tags cloud which contains some Arabic links, which doesnt seem to appear at all!
The English links work perfectly, but the Arabic ones just disappear
Does anyone know how to fix the problem if its even fixable?
Best regards,
Tamer Qtaish
Tamer: Unfortunately this is a known limitation with the Flash code as supplied by Roy Tanck. By default it only supports Latin characters, however details on how you can get more character sets to show can be found on Roy’s page here.
Actually, come to think of it, I’ll add this “limitation” to the details on the HB-Cumulus project page.
well: I’ve just seen that a later rev of WP-Cumulus addresses your transparency issues. I’ll update HB-Cumulus (hopefully this afternoon) to incorporate the newer Flash code.
Hello Colin,
Thanks for the quick response,
I will try my best to do the required changes…
Best regards,
Tamer Qtaish
